Steve has a passionate belief that delivering a committed focus on people and innovation will lead to a first-class product and service. As Managing Director of SSG, Steve leads the organisation’s strategic direction, operational performance, and long-term growth agenda, with a strong focus on delivering first-class technology solutions in healthcare and fire safety. Steve joined SSG following Halma roles as CFO at CenTrak and as Finance Director for Fortress Interlocks.
Steve has a proven ability to lead high-performing teams, to strengthen operational discipline and to drive continuous improvement. He is recognised for transparency, empowerment, and a commitment to talent development. He is also passionate about improving customer journeys and raising standards across design, service, and system support. Steve remains focused on ensuring SSG delivers reliable, high-quality solutions and a consistently strong customer experience. He is committed to innovation, people development, and customer-centric delivery.
Joined SSG – April 2025
Daljeet joined SSG as Chief Financial Officer in April 2025. She is an experienced finance leader with a strong track record across industry sectors. Before joining SSG, Daljeet served as Finance Director in Private Equity for 3 years. The earlier part of Daljeet’s career was spent predominantly in automotive, with 12 years of experience gained cross-functionally at Jaguar Land Rover.
Joined SSG – 30+ Years
Richard blends strategic thinking with a grounded, people-focused approach, helping teams feel empowered and aligned. From his early days as an apprentice, gaining exposure to every aspect that SSG has to offer, to serving as Chief Engineer, leading the development of the industry-leading Codemlon Nurse Call system and 900Evo Fire Alarm system. As Technical Director, he built and led a strong engineering team responsible for creating systems known for their reliability and adaptability within healthcare, fire-safety and custodial markets.
Now adding Business Development to his leadership role, Richard brings deep expertise in rapidly evolving technologies, technical compliance and complex design. Working closely with customers to shape the future of patient care by driving practical, innovative solutions that strengthen SSG’s market position.

Dan is passionate about streamlining and reshaping operational culture and processes by strategically developing sections of his team to enhance and foster growth. Dan oversees all of SSG’s production capabilities, all of our project delivery and all of our service and maintenance. As our Operations Director, Dan’s goals are to improve our strategic planning and execution across the UK, driving efficiency and performance in a complex, multi-site environment.
Dan ensures that operational excellence remains central to SSG’s delivery ethos. His extensive experience and energetic mindset enable him to foster high-performing teams, streamline processes, and uphold SSG’s reputation for reliability and innovation in specialist systems deployment.

Harry’s focus on the finer details is what pushes SSG over the line. His belief that enhanced standards and a push for modern digital ways of working have improved visibility, decision-making, and performance here at SSG. Harry leads SSG’s project delivery function, focusing on specialist systems across critical national infrastructure and public sector estates. He is accountable for the entire lifecycle, from contract negotiation through mobilisation to handover.
Previously, he held leadership roles at Skanska and Balfour Beatty, delivering complex engineering programmes in high-security environments. With degrees from Stanford and Loughborough in Construction Management and Engineering, Harry brings deep Tier 1 delivery experience, strong governance, and a customer-first approach that drives certainty and efficiency at scale.

Paul’s practical people-focused approach ensures clarity and consistency, enabling sustainable growth and strong client partnerships. He leads the end-to-end sales organisation, ensuring strategic alignment across the portfolio and shaping strategies that deliver value and growth both in the UK and internationally. He works closely with teams to strengthen collaboration and customer-focused outcomes, while driving initiatives that support the company’s commercial direction.
With more than a decade of experience in healthcare sales leadership, Paul has built and scaled high-performing teams, introduced structured processes, and championed professional development.
Joined SSG – Mar 2023
Zoe is passionate about implementing processes that foster positive change and empower employees to thrive. She leads all core HR functions, including employee engagement, performance management, recruitment, and compliance. Zoe ensures legal adherence while driving initiatives that enhance learning and development, succession planning, and overall workforce capability. Her role also involves reporting on HR metrics and providing coaching and support to managers and employees.
With over 18 years in the care industry and experience in HR leadership across multiple sectors, Zoe brings deep expertise in change management and strategic HR solutions. CIPD-qualified and holding a Level 5 Leadership and Management certification.

Rachel leads SSG’s international sales trajectory and reach. She sees herself as a challenger, constantly being curious and driving towards revenue growth and market expansion. She is responsible for shaping commercial strategy for international markets, cultivating key partnerships, and championing innovative healthcare solutions that strengthen SSG’s position as a trusted supplier worldwide. Rachel ensures tailored solutions for clients across diverse regions, driving international commercial growth.
With over a decade of experience in international channel sales and healthcare leadership at multinational companies such as Covidien, Baxter, Verathon, and Marena. Since joining SSG, she has elevated the company’s presence at major global healthcare exhibitions, fostering relationships and accelerating growth in strategic regions.

Ian’s pragmatic and organised approach to management ensures operational efficiency and a strong customer service ethos across all service activities. Ian leads a 40-strong field engineering team across the UK, ensuring rapid response to customer requests and maintaining compliance through planned preventative maintenance.
A British Army veteran, Ian brings a wealth of experience from roles at GE and Hologic and was instrumental in delivering the UK’s first mass vaccination centre during the COVID pandemic. His expertise spans project management, strategic operations, and team leadership, making him a trusted advocate for customers and a mentor for his team.
Our Technology Centre brings SSG’s solutions to life. It’s a dedicated space where customers, partners, and stakeholders can see our systems in action, explore configurations, and understand how different solutions work together in real clinical scenarios.
