Senior System Solutions Engineer (Grade 4)
This role is accountable for leading the preparation of accurate, commercially robust, and competitive quotations for large-scale, high-value, and multi-discipline projects.
Operating at the highest level of the estimating function, the Senior System Solutions Engineer provides both technical and commercial leadership, ensuring that complex bids and tenders are delivered to the highest standard.
As subject matter experts, they act as key escalation points for the team—guiding best practices, mentoring junior colleagues, and supporting the continuous development of the estimating function.
The Senior System Solutions Engineer works closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to shape commercially sound proposals that meet customer requirements while aligning with company strategy. Through their leadership, influence, and commercial acumen, they play a pivotal role in driving profitable growth and strengthening SSG’s position in the marketplace.
