We’ll take all the information we need. Assign an engineer, and give you an estimated response time.
What we'll need from you is the site location and department, information on the fault, and an on-site contact name and number - together with an order number if you don't have a service contract with us.
Out-of-hours response for customers with service and maintenance contracts
This enhancement for contract customers provides cover over weekends, bank holidays and throughout the night.
In line with your contract our team of support engineers will provide complimentary telephone support, liaising with your on-site team to get the system up and running, arrange out-of-hours attendance or log the call for follow up the next day.
