Fusion Healthcare SmartApp™
The Fusion Healthcare SmartApp™ has been developed by SSG for use on Android devices in order to achieve improved collaboration between patients, staff and clinical systems regardless of their location.
As part of the
Fusion Healthcare Platform, the Fusion SmartApp seamlessly brings together a wide range of hospital systems, including SSG's
Ultima™,
Codemlon™ and
Aspire SmartSync® nurse call product ranges. In doing so it facilitates the real-time prioritising and delivery of events from connected systems to clinicians and other personnel, exactly when and where it is needed.

VoIP speech between team members and with patients
VoIP speech can be added to an
Ultima™ nurse call system to provide communication between the patient and mobile devices enabled with the Fusion Healthcare SmartApp™.
This facilitates an immediate response by way of reassurance from staff, and reduces the time taken for staff to attend to the call, all leading to improved patient satisfaction.
