Health & Safety Policy
Section 2 (3) of the Health & Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 requires this company to prepare, review and where necessary revise a written statement of policy with respect to health, safety and welfare at work. The company is required to bring the policy to the notice of all employees, it is then the responsibility of all employees to understand its contents.
The Board of Directors will give full backing to this policy and will support all those whose endeavour it is to carry it out.
Statement of Policy
Static Systems Group plc shall provide and maintain safe and healthy working conditions, equipment and systems of work for all our employees and shall provide such instructions, information, training and supervision as they need for the purpose.
Operating in a pro-active manner, the company will commit to continual improvements in all aspects of safety and health for its staff by allocating sufficient resources, manpower and employing best practices throughout the business. The company is committed to protecting and promoting the health, safety, welfare and wellbeing of all its employees, visitors, contractors and others who may be affected by our activities.
Appropriate preventative and protective measures shall be implemented, following the identification of work related hazards and assessment of risk related to them.
It is company policy that all aspects of the company’s business operate within the requirements of all appropriate Legislation and Codes of Practice.
Each individual Director, Manager and Supervisor is expected to take care of the health and safety of employees, and shall be held accountable for all areas within their control.
The company requires employees at all levels to exercise a duty of care, to co-operate in establishing and maintaining safe working conditions and to avoid any action which may be detrimental to the health and safety of themselves and others.
