In our pursuit of excellence, quality objectives will be set and reviewed at the Quality Management System Review meeting, taking into account the quality data presented at the meeting.
Top management are responsible for the effectiveness of the Quality Management System. However, all personnel have a responsibility for quality and adhering to the requirements and principles of the Quality Management System. The Quality Processes and Work Instructions are mandatory throughout the company and no unauthorised deviations or alterations are permitted.
Employees are encouraged to contribute to improving the quality of our products and services by utilising a process approach and risk-based thinking.
Top management recognise the importance of good communication in all its forms and is committed to continually improving our quality performance and effectiveness of the Quality Management System though training, use of new technology, better support systems and interdepartmental liaison. A major objective is to promote a “customer first” culture.
This policy will be reviewed for its continuing suitability and effectiveness at the Quality Management System Review meeting and as and when required or appropriate.
