We recognise that it’s probably not possible to empty your building. We know working hours will be restricted. We’ll need to work within your cultural practices and we’ll need a guard alongside. These are all things we’re used to dealing with. And, drawing on our extensive experience we’ll work with you to overcome them.
We know at all times health and safety is paramount. We’ll consider inmates, staff and our own teams as we prepare risk assessments and method statements.
During our programme of works we’ll ensure that staff are kept aware of our activities and any temporary restrictions to the operation of the system.
It’s often possible to keep some parts of your old system working as the installation progresses. This is something we will also discuss with you.
Then, at the end of the installation we’ll fully commission your new system and demonstrate it to staff.

Simply call our Custodial Account Manager on: 07764 346 536 to discuss your requirements.
He will survey the existing system and provide a condition report, outlining any particular issues that might compromise the safe and reliable operation of your system.
He will then arrange for a comprehensive quotation to be prepared which along with the condition report can be used to support a business case for funding.
Following our commissioning, your system will be fully protected by a 2 years' warranty. This can be enhanced by taking out one of our comprehensive care packages
giving out-of-hours service response along with scheduled visits to check your system remains fully operational.
Most importantly, with an expected life in excess of 15 years, your new system will prove to be a reliable and cost-effective investment.
