This can clearly be seen by the company’s recently introduced range of nurse call patient hand units which have been designed with the help of the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB) to ensure they are both comfortable and easy to use by patients with a range of disabilities.  The units – which have an anti-microbial agent incorporated into the mouldings to assist with infection control, are also waterproof to IP67 to allow them to be washed and disinfected between users.
