WEEE & RoHS Declaration

Although the products produced by Static Systems are exempt from the WEEE and RoHS legislation, it is our intent to make all products RoHS compliant as part of our ongoing product development. Products are designed, where possible, using RoHS compliant components and employ materials which can be reclaimed at the end of life.

Classification

Following consultation with the DTI, Environmental Consultancy Specialists ECO3 and the Environment Agency, our products are classified as:

“Large-scale stationary industrial tools. (This is a machine or system, consisting of a combination of equipment, systems or products, each of which is manufactured and intended to be used only in fixed industrial applications).”

This type of equipment is currently exempt from the WEEE and also the RoHS legislation.
